An exciting new commercial real estate project is coming to life in Boulder Junction that promises to completely redefine what it means to align community and commercial spaces. To pleasantly blur the lines between work and the rest of your life. And, to deliver unsurpassed sustainability and thoughtful amenities without compromising either.

Boulder Commons consists of two commercial buildings totaling roughly 100,000 square feet.  The new development will offer professional office space, a restaurant, a coffee shop and “flex” space that functions as community gathering space.

Common Good.

Capitalizing on solar power, natural light on all sides, innovative, energy efficient design, and a near Net Zero footprint, The Boulder Commons is on track to be the most environmentally sustainable building in all of Boulder County.

Common Place.

The Boulder Commons, located in Boulder Junction, is adjacent to the new RTD transit station and just footsteps off Goose Creek Bike path. The flagship Whole Foods Grocery and new Hyatt Place hotel are among many attractions within walking distance. A mobility hub, located in between our buildings, will enhance accessibility to transportation services like bike share stations and car share programs. In addition, bike lockers, showers and changing rooms will enable tenants to partake in outdoor activities before, during and after work.
